I like the bike and enjoy riding it. I purchased the same bike, the model before this one was released. The previous model was great. I had no issues with it at all. However, this model has some manufacturer defaults that I think could be fixed to make it a better bike. The rear motor controller box could be placed in a different location on the bike because when you're riding the bike and the bike shocks are used the fender and the tire hit against the controller box. Which causes the rear fender to crack and break. This happened the very first time I rode the bike. if you remove the fender from the bike the tire will rub against the controller box causing it to wear into the box and then water dirt and debris gets into the box which can short out the controller of the motor. This happened to me soon after I purchase the bike. The customer service is great because they replaced all the parts that I needed on the bike immediately and they stand by their product. I also purchased the warranty on the bike with I highly recommend. I have not used the warranty yet, which is good, because customer service has been really excellent in providing support and service. Other than these issues the bike is a great bike to ride and enjoy!

it's not the bike i order, called for help ,texted for help no one responded!Was not the bike stadted on the perches reseat.

I'm having trouble with the bike that I got from you guys I can't get the throttle to work I've been through all the settings and everything and I just simply cannot get the throttle to work you can help me out I sure would appreciate it
