It's very soft to the touch and cooling. Being post menopausal the cooling is very important to me. Being able to remove the outter case's is a nice feature. You can unzip the 2 pillows from each other if you feel like you need it shorter. i like that it's double sided with a plush and firm side because somedays I want firm and other day's i don't. i can easily get comfortable in various sleeping positions. I'm happy with this pillow.

I am very impressed with this pillow. I am a side and stomach sleeper and this pillow has been very comfortable for both. It is nice and cool and the pillowcases are super soft. I have not tried the soft and firm side separate as I like a thicker pillow.

I am thoroughly pleased with this cervical neck pillow, and I can honestly say it has been a game-changer for my sleep quality. It's cooling, it's beautiful, it's super soft, it's just... amazing. ❤️ I've mine propping up, and it still feels so nice. You can use this in your loft, couch, spare bedroom, or anywhere, really. Cooling technology has come a long, long way, and I'm all for it!

I like the coolness and firmness of this pillow. I also like that you can use as one or two pillows by simply unzipping them. The cover has a nice feel to it and the pillows really hold their shape. The memory foam really supports your head and neck

This coolant pillow is so very nice. I have no complaints about it. Its a little heavy but it is comfortable and the coolant in the pillow works.

I am not sure how to put this pillow into words. The cover is so soft and slick, a spandex-ish type material, it makes me want to touch it. I love that feeling. The center mass with a flat mushroom top (that's the best explanation of what the thing looks like from me) is real soft if you use the thinner side, and it's firmer, or more dense, if you use the thicker side up. The middle is good, but if you are off to the side it is softer, and if you're too far off the side it gets softer, but then the "pillows" don't really align, and it just gets too soft and made my neck hurt. Pillows are so subjective, and I'm not overly picky with them, I can see people being very "love it" or "hate it" with this. It is supportive, the big oval shape is better for a back sleeper than a side I think. It just felt kind of off to me trying it on my side. But it's a decent price and it really does feel like it's a quality pillow.
