I purchased this because I had painful joints from menopause symptoms. I did not notice any relief and so I don't expect I will buy it again. It may be beneficial for others. The ingredients are good quality and the service from iherb always first class. I just personally could not see the benefit with this to warrant the expense. Other people seem to find it very useful though - so it depends on the person and the condition I guess.
