Easy to Use KAL B 12bMethylcobalamin
Taste is good. I just started taking it so it's hard to say if it is doing much yet, but I have friend who uses it regularly and highly recommended it to me.

Good stuff and easy to take
I was suffering the effects of B12 deficiency due to extensive use of stomach acid reducers. I found that this is able to get into my blood stream and bypasses the conventional digestive route which can be a problem for those of us with low stomach acid (leading cause of heartburn). But make sure that you also get enough folate as it works hand in hand with B12!
