At first the tablet seems dry and flavorless but once it begins to melt, it's a delicious lightly flavored treat. I'm very impressed with it actually. I hope it's more bioavailability than a typical swallow tablet. I bought for my neurodivergent daughter who gets fatigued easily.She's extremely picky about food and asks to take this one! We'll see if her fatigue improves after a couple months of these. My only complaint is the relatively large bottle for the amount of pills. Why do so many companies do this? Its could easily be half the size.

I think the quality is good as the ingredients are . Coq10 is gidd for the Brain and the cardivascular system

I enjoy easy to take supplements and this was very easy to take. Instant energy but not a high dose of coq10

The taste is nice. I feel like my muscles recover faster after exercising since I've started taking the supplement.

i have been taking it for past two weeks. while i cnt pin point what exactly its doing, but am sure its doing something. i definitely feel less exhausted, and able to get more done.

Have this product for years and find it helpful for my wellneing

yet to try i like that its apple taste and i like kal brand for its other products will update again after trying for some time.

Of couse I am unable to tell how efficacious the tablets are but I have noticed that despite the Green Apple labelling the tablets seem to be Orange flavoured. This is fine, but not exactly as labelled!

The taste is not as nice i waited. 30 mg are not enough.
