I take for circulation, I have issues with peripheral blood flow. An efficient way of taking this supplement.

Great service.
I use it before I go to the gym 3 time a week and every morning ..... It is a great boost of energy. I ride a bike 3 time a week and work out at the gym 3 time a week. I am 68 years old.
