love liposomal supplements

iHerb customer June 16, 2025

B12 is known as the "energy vitamin" because it supports energy metabolism. Liposomes are tiny spherical structures made of phospholipids. This protective structure helps the trace mineral remain stable until it reaches the small intestine and is broken down. This helps ensure gentle absorption and excellent bioavailability. The tablets are regular sized for easy administration.

Effective vitamin B12

ManofEireann February 9, 2025

This is a relatively high dose vitamin B12 (2.5 mg) in a bioactive form readily utilised by the body. The capsule size is average. Vitamin B12 is notoriously difficult to absorb effectively, especially as you get older. The advantage of this supplement is the liposomal form to ensure much easier absorption and the ingredients are of good quality. It does appear to have a noticeable effect on improving energy levels. This should be a good supplement for those who are really deficient, particularly vegetarians and the elderly. Liposomal forms are reportedly even better absorbed than sublingual forms. If you find methylcobalamin as in this product makes you agitated, wired or anxious then stop taking it and perhaps try again after a week with a much lower dose by opening the capsule and dividing the powder. Liposomes are still effective even if they are removed from the capsule! Of course some people cannot tolerate methylated supplements at all and then it is best to take adenosylcobalamin (the other active form of the vitamin). Hydroxocobalamin is a storage form, but still effective for some things (neutralises cyanide, and absorbs hydrogen sulphide and nitric oxide in the gut). Avoid cyanocobalamin at all costs! Vitamin B12 can be helpful for low blood pressure but some people find that any form of B12 causes an increase in serotonin symptoms, and this may point to liver issues (possibly a need for more choline, which also has a synergistic relationship with B12). As always, it is best to take this B vitamin in conjunction with all the other B vitamins, plus magnesium (preferably taurate).

Concomitant failure

iHerb customer July 19, 2025

The type of quality required is within the ingredients not using metrics of bio availability as the type of requirements and therefore the basis of failure. I the nervous system would react to the metabolism cycle then the taste would be harsh after the absorption effect took place as the potency for other concomitants to do their work as a placebo of required redundancy in genetic mitigation of harmful homocysteine. This packaging remark is based on how niacin becomes the antecedent availability for a flush effect in how the amyloid hormone becomes a sizable outcome of hormone excretion.

terrible

iHerb customer March 7, 2025

Sunflower lecithin can cause hypotension and depression. I discovered that when I started to take this product. I'm never taking a liposome made with junk oil again. And, of course, it had none of the benefits of b-12. I normally like KAL products but this stuff is bad news.
