i had iron deficiency and i tried a cheap regular iron supplement before this one, and its effect is super!! my blood test shown a great improve in iron category in relatively short time

It's nice that this product contains its own Vitamin C, since Vitamin C is necessary to absorb non-animal forms of iron like this one. It's also nice that it's liposomal. I react a little better to NOW iron and a separate Vitamin C capsule, but that may just be me. This product is fine and I take it occasionally still in lieu of the NOW.
