liposomal is like bubble inside is water soluble compounds in this case is zinc outer part is made of phospholipids it's identical to cell it gives high bioavailability and absorption rate

I've been taking this to keep me healthy while working with kids. So far I haven't gotten very sick since taking it!

During winter it helps a lot to protect any virus diseases. It's even better than regular Zinc. I'll definitely buy it again

Was looking for liposomal zinc and these were easy to take and was taking regularly for hypothyroidism

I got headache after take it which Iis one of zinc overdose symptoms...I guess 30 mg is too high for me. I started to open the pills and empty half of it and the headache becomes less in pain.
