I've been looking for a magnesium gummy for a while. I could not be any happier with this gummy. Aside from all the benefits of magnesium, this gummy is delicious, it is not bitter and it does not have overpowering taste. If you're looking for a gummy, I highly recommend this one. You will love it.

I have my kids take one of these a day (and myself). We just started a couple weeks ago so I can't speak to the effectiveness quite yet, but the taste is delicious.

i had very low magnesium in my blood work. after 2 bottles of this my blood work is coming back much better. i take it with vitamin d to aid in absorbtion. it tastes pretty gross though.
Very convenient way to take vitamins, especially those that are too large to swallow comfortably. However, the vitamin content in each gummy should be increased so that it is not necessary to take so many each day.
I'm not a chemist so I can only speak to the flavor and hope it contains what it claims. Love the flavor!
