What is very high absorption rate to temps with asleep. It's good to take it before bedtime. The caps are very good quality. It helps with headache and it's recommended for people who work out. I recommend this form of magnesium since it's highly absorbed some people say it helps with cramps

I believe that magnesium glycinate is one of the best form of magnesium one can consume because of its bioavailability and the additional benefit one can get from the glycine. Although the pills are bigger than average, I don't have any problem swallowing them. I take this along with vitamin d in the morning and at night before sleep with other sleep supplements.

This is my second bottle of this. I take one before dinner and another about an hour before sleep. With the assistance of the other magnesium that I take, it appears to assist my sleep. The product is well packaged and there are clear instructions provided. I will be continuing to take it in the future.

I took one star off because I am not happy about the change in dosage from 400 to 350 and at the same time from taking just 2 caps to take 4 per day. Still, I like the product. Great sleep, vegetarian capsules plus the benefits of magnesium in easy to take form (and at four capsules a day it has to be easy to take—2 in the morning and 2 at night).

the quality of these magnesium pills seems okay, and I use them occasionally to support my sleep and also muscle recovery. I find the benefit in falling and staying a sleep. package size is fairly big so it lasts quite some time. Not much taste as these are capsules. I might reorder again when I run out.
