I wasn't sure if my parents will like the flavor but no worries here. We are as always very pleased with Kal's high quality products. The fact that these are micro sized is very considerate and the price very attractive. highly recommended.

Great for sleep.
I use melatonin nightly. KAL is one of my favorite brands. I managed health food stores for many years. The company that makes KAL is of higher quality than the cheaper or no name products.

Works realy fast, taste mild. Sleep well till the morning.

Great product
Very happy with this product. The 10mg tablets were too strong for me and left me still feeling sleepy in the morning. These do the job in helping me get to sleep quickly, and still allow me to wake up refreshed the next morning.

melatonin
melatonin is an ingredient to aid with sleep. Kal is a good quality brand. I'm looking forward to trying it.

tastes neither like vanilla nor mint
Flavor was awful! However, the tablets did sometimes help me get to sleep. KAL's lemon-flavored melatonin tastes vastly better than this so-called vanilla mint. Sometimes, however, I still couldn't fall asleep, if my stress levels were higher than usual. These are probably OK for light dozing on long flights, but not so much for nightly use at home.

Doesn't match the claimed taste, + not effective
It was the first time when I purchased melatonin from this brand. I just gave it a try, but was not effective. I even took 2 tablets It doesn't match the claimed taste of vanilla or mint.
