I think these Melatonin drops are wonderful for children to go to sleep. They are natural and not habit forming if used once or twice a week.

We love this for our youngest child. Put in their milk at the end of the day and they fall asleep easily.

Great product
I bought this because I was trying to reduce unnecessary ingredients in my supplements. The dropper makes it easy to control how much I use. I use 1.5mg(10 drops) for daily use and 3mg(20 drops) for jet lag. This melatonin drop in works very well for me and I will purchase again. Keep in mind that it does require refrigeration which may make traveling with it difficult.

I love it!
I love this product!!! It makes me sleep so good and in the morning I'm not sleepy like other pills made me feel before. Great flavor, gente in my stomach, I absolutely recommend it!!!!

depression is one side effect
liquid Melatonin did help me to fall asleep soon after taking. i began to get drowsy %26 slept throughout the night after using for 2 days, i was very drowsy %26 depressed which are side effects. not sure if i can recommend due to the side effects . not worth it
