KAL Reacta-C®, 1,000 mg, 60 Tablets

I am regular taker of Vitamin C as main antioxidant since my youth since I find that Vitamin C helped to deal with high pressure / stress work condition and immunity. If I don't take one and rely only on diet source, it won't be enough and will get cold especially during winter time. I have tried different brands and types and till now my favorite are Ester-C and Pureway-C. However, recently I found this new proprietary formula of Vitamin C and produced by one of my favorite brand KAL and I am keen to try. Based on my limited online research and personal experience, this Vitamin C formula is similar to Ester-C which has quite mild acidity effect for your stomach but with higher bio-availability. This particular brand comes with high potency of 1000 mg per tablet which is quite ideal if you're working in high pressure job like me, which can lower your body immunity if you don't boost it with your diet and supplement stacks. I usually get my magnesium supplements from KAL brand but I'm glad that they also now produce this new product which may be useful to me.

Value for money, effective, reliable ingredients, good quality, high potency composition all add to the improvement of deficiencies. Recommended to all customers.

Quality ingredients size and packaging all good. Not about benefits yet but always important to take vit c. I haven't felt anything special yet will review again In month or two
