This vitamin has helped me with my health.
Doctors and others will try to convince you that you don't need all of these fats, but YOU DO !!! You can't absorb the good fats without some of the other fats too. They boost your bodies efficiency and you will need that. This will not give you an upset stomach either. Times I must consume 30 pills per day. Kal ALWAYS has cost effect product that work. Been on this for almost 20 years. I do PhD level work in 4 areas. I am almost 60 and look 40 years old. Not a single wrinkle, or hint of wrinkles. If you want GLOWING SKIN and loss of pain, this is the product. I have 6 broken back / neck discs from an auto accident. I can walk over 10 miles and incl bench 360. You can too !!!
