My go-to for gout flare ups
I use this anytime I have a gout flare up. It always helps. (I also ordered some for my uncle %26 it helped him too.) I usually eat a carnivore type diet but every now and then I eat a whole bunch of chocolate! Then the gout flare up starts. I follow it up 1/2 lime, 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1tbsp apple cider vinegar with the mother, mixed in a cup of water- this mix helps both gout %26 my gallbladder pains.
