This make the hair shiny … I have baby fine hair so I only use a small amount or else it weighs the hair down. Good for after gastric bypass to help reduce hair fall and hair loss. I've noticed a big overall improvement in my hair.

A Slow process product
It's a good oil for the hair. The growing of the hair is a very slow process. I have been using this product for at least 3 months and the growth is almost nothing.
