Very good quality for the price. One issue is the tops come off easy so the batteries fall out. I think if they screwed on it would be more secure. But overall great product for the price. I preferred batteries over a charging area

Despite changing batteries out twice the grinding mechanism just simply fails almost as if there isn't quite enough power available. Great design. Look good on the countertops. But they are consistently getting jammed up and not responding when I push the button. Again - great idea, some flawed execution. Electronic salt and pepper grinders don't do you any good when they don't respond when you're pressing the button. A bit of a waste of money in my opinion.

Overall, these grinders work great and are very easy to use. Both grind smoothly with just the push of a button, and I really like the built-in lights — it makes a big difference. Unfortunately, one of mine arrived partially defective. The light on one unit doesn't work, which is disappointing because that feature is really helpful for visibility while grinding. If both units had been fully functional, this would easily be a 5-star product. Still a good concept and easy to operate — just wish the quality control had been better on mine.

One of them didn't come with a necessary plastic sleeve that covers the battery section so they kept dislodging, and refilling it with peppercorns is difficult at best.

I would love to have been able to rate this higher %26 recommend, but the salt grinder doesn't grind the big chunks of salt %26 it gets stuck. It takes a total of 8 batteries… Also, the salt grinder was twisted so tightly that it was overlapping %26 cracked.

the salt grinder has been running in its own. while in the cabinet. with the for closed. and no one is around. just grinding the salt. and wasting my money🙄

I ordered one set, put batteries in them. The Pepper worked great on the 1st set but the salt grinder would not work, tried new batteries and still not working. So I ordered another set and that set the salt grinder stuck in all the time when the batteries installed. I'm going to return both sets and go elsewhere to another brand.

Ok it didn't come with batteries.. life right.! However, after buying fresh batteries and the pepper grinder still don't grind but makes noise and lights up I'm over it just going to use the salt grinder as a pepper grinder!! Thanks for helping me waste my pennies

I had high hopes for this product. Why I didn't ask for a return I have no idea. Just like me to procrastinate. I had regular hand twist style ones and they worked so much better. After using these for less than a month, the salt grinder no longer worked. Once again, I wish I had reported this to the seller back then! I have tried gimping it along, and replacing the batteries a few times and disassembling what I can and supposed to when I refill this salt, and thoroughly cleaned it out. To no avail! Save yourself some money or heartache. Buy a different set. Possibly one made in the USA. I have no idea where this is made from but it is extremely cheap. Very poor quality. Save your money!

I had it three days and the plastic gear on the pepper broke. They would not return it. I am stuck with it. Would not recommend buying it. It is junk.
