we LOVE this paper towel holder. We installed it under our upper cabinets and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Still has just the right amount of tension even after 2 years of heavy use. I thought my hubby was a genius when he brought home this gadget, it's just awesome. I have told my dad about it a number of times, it makes getting paper towels easy and frees up counter space. I'm getting him one now and when we move I'll get another.

Holds roll firmly without sliding.
Mounted in the standing up position for my needs. It holds towels well. Not enough friction to be completely on handed.

I really like this paper towel holder! it slows the speed in which the towels come off so it makes it easy to get the right amount of towels and rip them off just right.

Great product
I love this! It holds itself taunt when ripping off one sheet of paper towel but if you need several towels in a row for a quick pickup, it's also easy to just pull a bit harder. The only downside is that you have to screw this into your wall or cabinet but it's worth it! When screwing into your cabinet, you might need to use some shorter screws.

I like the was it "ratchets"
I ordered this for our camper, it matched the faucet color and the way it "ratchets" the paper towels don't unroll going down those bumping roads.

Good Towel Holder
This paper towel holder is fine - easy to install, holds the rolls well, easy to tear one or two sheets without the whole roll unraveling or falling off. I like it but wish it came in one or two other color choices, like white or a brushed chrome finish.
