My cats came with everything I described and I wish I could have seen you a better picture of what I was getting. So I decided to add one others that are interested. I have just started to use things along with silicone cups that I have purchased. I do like them a clean up very easily with alcohol. And it's not suggested to use water on these so don't. Didn't quite understand the booklet that came with it but I have watched some videos on cupping and understand the basics. I hope to learn more as I continue on this journey. I wanted to add some more photos but could only add two.
