Hello, excellent massager! I put it on my foot like e strap. You can also use in different ways. I used it on my knee, wrist, foot, shoulder, elbow. I also put it on my foot the way the photo shows, and then I put it on like a strap for massage on the bottom of my foot. It makes a humming or buzzing sound, and has different settings. I get good results with the default settings. It turns off automatically and it's rechargeable. I would highly recommend.

It works like it should have heat and vibration, which help with neuropathy in my feet whoever buys this they're gonna be very happy

it actually works..for me anyways. can't speak for others but I have problems with nerve damage and I'm on my feet 40 hrs weekly for my job and when I get home I put these on and after a half hr my feet feel so much better. definately recommend!

The doesn't actually perform as advertised, the vibration plusation is not good as seen in the commercial. Charging points were great but for the product it's not what has been advertised, I'm sorry to say but I continue it's use hoping a positive outcome.

My first time using this it STOPPED 80% of my reoccurring pain in my foot, Leg and hip . That's right the very first time I used this product.

Very disappointed. They both are made for Right Foot. Improper therapy on Left Foot. I have to wear incorrectly. I couldn't drive to return. Therefore I am STUCK with an ill fitting product!

Purchased for my husband who has neuropathy, but they are too small. He wears size 13 shoes and suffers from edema. We couldn't even secure them to use. May be fine for a much smaller foot.????

does not seem to vibrate/massage very well

For small feet, not a good fit for my 9 1/2 shoe size. Very weak vibration, also the location of the message pods is on the back of the heal and not able to relocate them.
