Surprisingly tolerable, no bad taste at all
Never thought I would be writing a 5 star review for kaeopectate gas relief but here I am. I have a malabsorption medical issue and pills do nothing and with that obviously comes severe gas and bloating. So I thought why not try the liquid versions of medications where I can find them. I've had quite a few and they are all gross and honestly unbearable… except this one. I'm shocked that I can tolerate the taste, it doesn't taste like alcohol or bitter medicine. It's just a thick fruity liquid. The thick consistency still isn't my favorite texture but the taste is extremely tolerable. And the dose amount goes down super quick, it's not a lot of liquid to drink. I drink it and then take a sip of water and it works quick and helps me get a little relief versus the nothing I was getting before.

Awesome product addressing painful stomach issues. I would recommend this I am glad Walmart sells this product at a reasonable price. 😋

fast as they say
works as fast as they say, i just got a bit of gas pain and Luckily it came and i took it, it felt like it was melting away and it tatste grate, it is white but it tatse grate

Fast working and safe for the whole family!
We use this in our family and our vet said it is even safe for our boxer dog who sometimes has discomfort. It works fast and quickly alleviates tummy issues.
