I bought this item for my granddaughter's 9th birthday. Her sister is 6 and they both really love it.

I ordered this item originally before Christmas as a gift for my grandson but didn't notice that the item was damaged in del. The delivery company dropped package and the whole corner was cracked and broken. I had to return and reorder after Christmas so I have not been back to see if my grandson likes my gift. Original item was not packaged good enough for the rough delivery company.

The product itself was ok. I bought it on Black Friday and so the deal was great, I think $30. I gifted it to my SIL because she loves karaoke and I love to sing along with her. The problem was the mics take batteries, unlike other ones that take a charger. Which I prefer. We tried two different sets of batteries, brand new. Neither pack worked. The mics would not sync to the speaker, rendering it useless. The voice on it made it sound cheap, no offense. She bought small mini speaker sized karaokes as a gift and that one was BETTER than this. Overall very disappointed. Would not recommend. Do not waste your money, definitely not worth full price. Find ones with chargeable mics. Had to return it.

Product was not delivered. When i enquired about this, Walmart mentioned that no refund will be provided from Walmart and they asked me to contact seller. Poor response from Walmart customer service.

I bought mid December and the thing stopped working and wouldn't hold a charge after a month. Would hope it is under warranty because for it to quit after a month is ridiculous.

Totally junk doesn't work and not worth the money $50.00 dollar karaoke machines are joke if want l go one you have to pay more,l wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

too small for price i bought an cheaper one and taller for less of the price. Doesn't even sound good for its price.

Looks pretty good but instructions suck.. this machine is junk.. very unhappy with purchase and looks like I can't return
