1st off this was a gift from my 9 year old granddaughter. I came via FED-EX packaged well. I actually wrapped the shipping box up and never opened it to look but at Christmas she opened it up and the unit itself had good packaging. Easy to set up and fun to use. Sound is good, lights are nice looking, echo feature is also very fun. I had purchased an extra microphone and would suggest you do to. The Cd's are nothing exciting that come with it. Songs like BINGO, ABC's and nursery rhyme type songs. For the money a great value!
My kids love this machine!! It sounds great and comes with preloaded songs. Love that it has 2 mics and and colored screen.

So far the machine working great !!! Only problem so far is when I received it .. it was missing the smart device cable. I emailed both Karaoke USA and Walmart and Walmart was the first to answer and offered to help me, But I have them holding on standby to see if Karaoke USA makes good and sends me the cable. Said went out Wed. its Sunday.. Nothing yet we will see.. But That was not Walmart fault nor should they have to make good So I give Walmart Props... TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH WALMART....
The Good: 2 microphones, Bluetooth, Sound Control, Lights The Not-So-Good: The songs on the included disk are numerous but quite out of date. We found very little value with it. We have mainly used Youtube and Bluetooth to find songs to sing along with.
The unit was a gift for a grandchild and it failed second day of use. Walmart customer service made excellent response arranging for return of defective unit and shipping a replacement. Can not comment on quality of the unit until I can get it into my grandchild's hands again so at this time I can't recommend the unit to a friend.
This unit was defective; the power and lights did not come on. Power cord was loose where it enters back of machine. We returned to Walmart for a refund, and are waiting for a new machine. Unfortunately the price for 1st machine increased after Christmas, so we purchased the same machine with out lights. I hope the new machine works, this was our daughter's Christmas gift.
