Karcher K2 Compact 1600 PSI 1.25 GPM Electric Pressure Washer

This is a great little pressure washer. I had an older of model (not this brand) and it is so much more powerful. Its light and very easy to handle. I have used both wands and I really like both. The high power worked very well on my concrete carport and the lower power wand word great on my Aunt's wood porch.

I hesitated to buy an electric pressure washer, when they first came out years ago they were garbage. I had an occasion to use one while visiting my uncle, and doing some work for him. I came right home and bought the exact same one. This has worked perfectly cleaning the cool deck around my pool (my gas powered one was too powerful. This also worked extremely well on the scree portion of my screened in porch.

First, Karcher had a sale, so we got a nice price. Second, the package arrived quickly. Third, the set-up was simple and easy to understand. Finally, even though this unit is one of the lower power models, it has already been pressed into service and passed every test with flying colors. I've cleaned my driveway (years and years of dirt and mulberry juice, gone) and the roof of the greenhouse (wow, you can actually see thru it now). I look forward to other applications (including prep for an outdoor paint job and cleaning my BBQ grill). The K2 is certainly not a heavy-duty model, but the portability and function are perfect for a homeowner's needs. Highest recommendation.

Has lots of power and works as expected! Awesome that it is lightweight, compact, powerful enough to clean my concrete, siding, outdoor furniture, and vehicles. Does a good job!

Have not used it much so far,but did a good job when I did

I bought this about a month ago and was very disappointed with the actual pressure of the machine. It really wasn't cleaning anything; however, I then thought about the actual water pressure in my home and began to realize it has been "lessening" over the past couple of years. Therefore, when this pandemic is resolved, I'm going to have my whole house re-piped and hopefully that will fix the problem. Guess I'm just going to have to wait, probably a year before that will happen. :(

I ordered this 1600 psi pressure washer since it had the features I was looking for. Compact for storage, electric, low center of gravity to prevent tipping over, and a favorable price point. I had previously owned a 1700 psi electric pressure washer which consistently tipped over, but had the advantage of a hose-attached detergent container near the nozzle. This model has a suction tube from the body to insert in a bucket. Once I set the unit up and began using it, the pressure was much less than the 1600 psi rating. I opted to go back to old school and just use a sweep nozzle on my hose.

On day one of receiving karcher, I tried to test it. Hooking up everything and there was no power.
