Not sure about the product yet as the K1900's are gifts. Ordering from the website and receiving the product was great service. The website is easy to navigate and check out process was seamless. The score of 5 stars is for this and not the actual product.

I cleaned my very dirty wood patio in no time. Needed some soap and the turbo nozzle, but it did a great job.

I bought this pressure washer a month ago to replace a Kärscher 2700 psi gasoline fueled pressure washer, which, despite its age, still runs perfectly! I needed something lighter and easier to handle and this little one fits the bill. The flat surface disc washer is not as good on cement as my other brand washer disc but it was great on my decks. I can honestly say it didn't take me any longer to complete my multi day pressure washing job with this one versus the bigger one. I think that may have been due, in part, to the easier handling. I do wish it had a longer electrical cord but that's what extension cords are for.

Great power washer for any project at home or washing the car. Easy to maneuver, long device hose and quiet operation. It's my first electric Karcher product after more than 20 years of gas power and I'm glad I got this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this out of the box and assembled it very easily. I added soap and my hose and couldn't wait to start cleaning! I had an area of pavers that my old machine could never get clean. Well with the turbo nozzle it made easy work if removing years of grime off of the pavers. The turbo nozzle is VERY strong. After using that the 15 degree nozzle could not compare! It's a good size. Love the on/off foot pedal!! All the nozzles and cords store nicely onboard. I cannot wait to clean my brick wall around my property, the chimney area and the siding outside my home. So impressed with this machine. If you're on the fence just buy it!!! You won't be disappointed!

This is my 3rd pressure washer, so I kinda know what I am talking about. Easy to use and assemble, expected pressure, nice layout for accessories.
