Overall, I'm pleased with the Karcker K2 Entry pressure washer which is ideal for light duty pressure washing tasks. It has standard M22-14mm connections which makes it easy to upgrade the hose and use a short pressure washer gun. The unit is relatively quiet and works really good for light duty cleaning and washing a car. Karcher also has good reputation and a good warranty.
I bought this to replace an older Karcher power washer which finally failed after heavy usage. In addition I am stationed in Germany and have a Karcher power washer there. I have not had issues with either. the one in Germany is an upright and the one here in the states was a small flat portable without wheels. So here is the review of the K3. It worked as hoped. The assembly was relatively easy. The hose set up for the washer was different from the previous models and relatively easy to figure out. The attachments were easy to put on the trigger. The previous attachments and accessories were compatible and all worked. My only complaint or suggestion would be for a 50 foot hose to be available. The other suggestion would be a coupling to link the 15 foot hose provided with the 25 foot section. It does take some getting used to keep the electric and washer hoses separated and not intertwined. The previous model I owned lasted at least 12 years and cost about $100. I am hopeful this new purchase will last as long and provide the same level of service.
Once I figured out how to get it going, probably didn't read the directions properly, I can't stop playing with it. It has done everything I've put it up against, and done it great. I keep coming up with new things to try it on and have yet to be disappointed.
I was looking for a pressure washer that was easy to set up and use, for me and my wife. I saw this Karcher K3 follow me electric pressure washer advertised on HSN and it looked like it was just what I was looking for. I did some shopping and found it was about $30.00 cheaper at Walmart's so I purchased it there. Out of the box it was easy to set up it took only a few minutes and I was ready to get started washing. My back deck is where I started as it is on the south side of my house and gets very little sun. The deck was very dirty and had green stuff around the white railing. I connected my garden hose and plugged into the power outlet and was ready to get started. This washer was a snap to set up. I turned it on and got started, I was amazed at how well it worked it just blew the dirt and green stuff away as soon as the water hit it. It took less than one tenth the time as it would have it I did by hand with soup and water. If you can plug in a toaster, and connect a nozzle to a hose you will be able to use this pressure washer. In closing if you are looking for an inexpensive and easy to use pressure washer I would highly recommend this washer to you. I would definitely give this one two thumbs up.
It works as advertised. Be aware that the more pressure, the better. So, this one is powerful enough for cleaning outdoor furniture, but your deck will take some time. Having one on wheels makes the job a little easier, though. And, compared with my last one, when you let the trigger go, the unit stops... nice feature. I looked for the one with the best reviews. .. this one. This company has been making pressure washers for many years, and they do well.
Hesitated to pull unit when fully charged. Thought waterline might break. By the end of the day it was rolling right behind me. Plastic connector, hose to unit, didn't leak. All is Great. This is my second unit. First one I wore out. It served me well.
I bought this a few weeks ago and even though I've only washed 2 cars, it was so much easier to maneuver around the vehicle. The hose which the sprayer connects to is so long that the body of the power washer didn't need to move much. We had a different kaercher model before this and loved it but it went. The one thing I see that could potentially happen again is the power cord getting twisted inside of the insulation around it.
Was not at all happy with this pressure washer. It did not have the power of a similar one, different brand, with the same specifications that I had borrowed. The wheels would not stay on. It is very cheaply made of all plastic. Not durable. The follow me feature was the only good thing about it. Thus it was returned.
The washer was defective out of the box! I assembled according to the directions, pulled the trigger & it ran for about 30 minutes, then no response at all. I returned it for refund.
leaked at hose level had to return it. which is a waste of time
