Kärcher Pressure Washer K2300PS, CETA Certified, 4 Spray Nozzles, Detergent Tank, Hose Reel, For Cars, Driveways, Siding, Patios, 1.2 GPM

After having taken delivery of this pressure washer on Sept. 6th 2024, the only problem I experienced is adapting my 2 garden hoses to the water inlet fitting of the machine. Unfortunately, the thread of the "Water Inlet Hose Connector" supplied with the unit is not compatible with any standard male hose fitting thread. I went to 2 major retailers (Rona / Reno-Depot as well as Canadian Tire) and could not find any fitting with the same thread of the "Water Inlet Hose Connector". In the place of the latter, I bought a Gardena Premium Metal Universal Tap Connector (part #9004-G) and installed it on the K2300 water inlet, along with the filter screen and washer that came supplied with the "Water Inlet Hose Connector". Afterwards, I operated the machine for 30 minutes and no problems were detected. The unit operated as advertised. May I suggest that your engineering department look into this matter and provide a solution for future customers. I personally didn't appreciate having to run around for hours trying to find my own solution Please note that the 2 garden hoses I possess are equipped with Gardena Quick-Connect fittings and connectors.

I love the karcher products. This one was well packaged. If you are looking for something more professional and easy to set up.

I am moving over from gas outdoor tools. Withthis in mind I purchased the 2300 for my deck and other small projects. The box was delayed by UPS and then dropped in the driveway. There was damage to one of the soap tanks. After a quick call and a very nice customer service agent I was reassured the parts were on there way. A 2 minute fix and we were good to go.

It works great. The turbo nozzle is a bit disappointing because its not as effective as the older style but it works. The 15 degree tip does way better. Hose reel and power cord rack are awesome. The bucket has plenty of room for other stuff. The only really bad thing is ups dented it. The box doesnt have a lot of padding to protect things. The dent doesnt affect anything so what can brown do for you? Dent your new pretty awesome pressure washer, thats what they do.

In the first few weeks of ownership I've pressure washed hundreds of square feet of engineered wood decking. It had pollen and moss accumulation that came off easily with the k2300. Additionally I had the opportunity to wash some commercial vehicles using the soap dispenser. It worked well to remove chunks of sediment from wheel wells and hard to reach places. I'd recommend this to anyone with lots of home jobs. I replaced a gas powered washer with this one. Slightly less powerful but safer and easier.

I love this quiet machine which gets the job done. Way quieter than other products and looks durable as most of the parts are made from steel. It's heavy though but I won't mind. I wish the hose was less bit kinky but if not a deal breaker. I love how I could keep all my things on machine.

This was easy to assemble. I hooked it up to my house water which is well based. It was not enough pressure to drive the washer. I switched to my lake pump and it then worked very well. One thing I do not like is the on/off switch. It is a pedal switch and it is not clear if it is on or off. This added to the confusion of my initial hookup. I would rather have either a hand switch which makes it obvious or some sort of a light to indicate it is powered on. Very weird. The same question is asked twice when filling out this form.

I only used this once. I bought the multi pattern accessory and I can tell you that, that is junk. Its only a little better than garden hose pressure. On my first run with the K2300PS, I ran into some pressure issues after about 10 minutes of use which lasted about 15 minutes. It was so bad I walked into the house to ask if anyone was running a shower or laundry. Afterwards, I had no pressure issue. My complaint is that the wheels are super flimsy cheap plastic and same with the hose reel. I can see the reel working a few more times and then breaking without a doubt.

this product is not what y'all advertised it as. the advertised PSI is not accurate. it is much lower which does not make sense because the power draw that it causes when pressuring up trips my breakers. plus, the entire product feels like it going to fall apart, very poor design in my opinion. also, as I was filling this out, I went to the nickname portion, and I tried several different nicknames to describe an unsatisfied customer, and it was ridiculous how many of those names were already being used. that is a testifying sign to bad this product is. I would really like my money refunded and paid shipping to return this product.

After 2 years of ownership the gun failed, after 3 years the wand failed, the hose is stiff plastic garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A KAERCHER!
