The product is REALLY Great! The problem I have is with the company that is shipping this product. I have ordered it twice, the first time it was delayed over 12 days. When you have a pet that really needs this product that's a very stressful situation. When I knew I would need more, I ordered it days before given the past history. Again I have been waiting days for it to come, and now I receive a new message it will be delayed. If this is the company that is shipping the product directly then you are harming your future business. If you have this company doing your shipping for you, then I would find a NEW shipper that is more reliable and will help your orders to arrive on time, for better customer satisfaction!!!!
