not good at all just taste like puke the water had like no flavor when I mixed in the powder with it I do not recommend buying I did a delivery on here for five of those cuz I love strawberry lemonade usually and now I hate it I said to my friend you can have these I don't like

Allergic reaction
Terrible allergic reaction after only a few sips. Started itching over entire body, face and lip swelling. Most likely from the BC30 or Niacin.
