Great faucet that is very functional with a sleek design

Babette September 2, 2026

I didn't think I could get excited about a faucet, but this one was just what I wanted. It works well with my new stainless steel double sink, swiveling wherever I need it to go. The extending sprayer is very handy.

Simplistic styling yet beautiful

Peggy April 12, 2026

A beautiful addition to my newly remodeled kitchen. Can't say anything about the installation as a licensed plumber did it. The only drawback, if you can call it that, is that the lever is a little stiff to operate so when I'm trying to release a low flow of water, it takes a little practice.

Impressed so far

BdubyahH February 6, 2026

Other reviews had me a little skeptic about the ‘hose length' but unless your valves are on the cabinet base the hoses are plenty for wall stub-out connections. Overall the appearance is good, the finish looks s good, and most of all the function is good. A word of advice: make sure the pull-down handle is fully captured before turning the sprayer on because it will get you… ask me how I know. Otherwise the installation was straightforward and I had no issues at all. The spray pressure is about normal for higher end faucets so no disappointment there. I really can't find anything bad to say thus far (2 weeks after install). Let's hope it stays that way

Nice piece

nonamediy March 9, 2026

Looks great. Operates great. Was missing an O-ring when I went to install it- on a Sunday afternoon. Well packaged and easy to follow English directions.

Wonderful, but can be improved!

Sherrie December 22, 2025

This could just be me! BUT when I take the spay faucet outside of the "holder" I have to be very conscious of putting it back in--because the holder does not turn with the sprayer. So when you lift it up to put into the holder and the water is running, the water sprays all over.

Nice but could be better

Kirk September 24, 2026

Nice faucet but could be better. The control box is in an awkward position and not enough hose to move out of the way of the weight. Also the touch shutoff closure is rather abrupt and caused some water hammer. Finish is great.

Close, but not quite.

Chris from Utah October 20, 2022

The style is exactly what I wanted. It matches other filter faucets. It is simple and elegant. While quite cheaper than bigger names, it still feels a little overly cheap. Installation wasn't bad. It was somewhat difficult to get the mounting bracket in place. It uses a large ring that has two screws on it to tighten it up. The instructions were vague, but the overall process wasn't hard to figure out. If they had used 4 screws instead of two to tighten up the system, it probably would have prevented some of the wobble that seems inherent to the design. The valve whines at lower rates. I've seen reviews of more expensive brands having the same issue. It isn't awful, but I could see how it could drive someone to return it. The cylinder near the handle will get very hot when the hot water is running, so depending on how hot your water is, you might want to be careful touching that area. The faucet head naturally hangs a little lower than the support arm on mine. The support arm is a pressure fit that you push the faucet head into from the bottom. It has a rubber lining that holds the faucet head. I'm guessing that eventually that rubber will wear down and the faucet head will always hang below the arm. I'm guessing this will eventually be the deal breaker for me with this faucet. There is no pull on the hose and the spring is very stiff. You will not be able to pull the head down to the bottom of the sink. I can pull mine to within 6-8" of the sink bottom before I feel like I'm pulling harder than I should. In swinging side to side, the spring is a good tension. The sprayer is strong, and I personally like the lower flow (saving the environment and all). The stream isn't so strong that rinsing out a rag makes water splash everywhere, but it is strong enough to push food off plates and rinse soap off quickly. If you like high flow to quickly fill pots, this probably wouldn't foot the bill. The long hoses made connecting to existing plumbing easy. I really do love the look. I feel like this faucet is $10-20 away from being a great 4-5 star faucet. A slightly better, more solid feeling valve, a better securing mechanism to prevent wobble, a better default position for the spring (to keep the head in the mount) and a different spring resistance to allow it to reach the bottom of the sink and this would have been a great buy. I'm hoping it lasts 4-5 years before I replace it with something higher quality. If it had the updates, I mentioned I feel it could have been a 10-20 year purchase, but that doesn't seem to be the way of things. I can see how electronics only last a few years, but a faucet? Overall, I probably would not recommend this faucet. It just misses the mark. It is "good enough" and not worth the pain of uninstalling and returning so I'll deal with it till it breaks (hopefully not in a catastrophic way). I'm not sure I would buy this brand again given the experience and what feels like a faucet designed to look great but break in a few years.

Faucet

Kathy O March 27, 2026

I like everything about the faucet, I did however think the gpm would be a bit better than it is and also the explanation of the faucet heads could possibly be more clear. It is a nice faucet however and I will keep it.

Disappointed

Lindsey R July 17, 2024

Just put the product into my house. Love the design of it looks great. However only used a couple days and when putting back it doesn't click back into place. Have to fiddle with it. Sometimes it will work most times I just give up. You also have to manually push the cord back which sucks. The other ones I've used yes you have to help Guide it back up but at some point it will start doing it it's self and click back into place. This is not the case for this product I've seen. Also the faucet is very wobbly. Like the part that turns left to right so you can move it from you left to right sink, it's like a teeter totter and wiggles at the base.

Sensor lasted 2 days

Update July 31, 2026

Sensor worked for 2 days. Then the red led would flash when, but no water flowed. Turned switch to bypass the sensor so we could use the sink, and when I received text that our plumber was in route I turned sensor back on and it started working again. It worked the rest of the day, then when we got up this morning it would not work again. Thinking we will probably send faucet back for a refund and purchase a Delta or Kohler.
