I love this faucet. I'd been wanting a more professional grade faucet with the hands free on/off. I was looking for a oiled bronze color to match the rest of my fixtures around the house. I was so happy to find this one. Its looks really nice in my kitchen and the hands free features keep it clean and save money. I would highly recommend this faucet for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen sink!

I selected this faucet based on the functional features, gun metal gray color to match my slate stainless appliances, and some gray and black elements in my granite countertops. Great value at this price point.

Oh my goodness! This facet is a game changer. As soon as pull the nozzle-sprayer out of its cradle, the water turns in automatically, if you keep the water pressure handle on. The automatic feature is a constant flow, but when you first touch the sprayer, you can click the black button immediately to turn it onto spray. This feature definitely saves water because it's not running while you're reaching for the on and off. It's very easy to use, I didn't need to read any instructions for use once it was installed. If you wave your hand to the bottom left of the base, the water also turns on automatically without touching the base. My husband installed this to replace a previous/2 year-old version of a Karran faucet that had a faulty replacement sprayer. The first one lasted two years and then the replacement only lasted a month or two. This company was so great about it and let me choose an entirely new faucet. I've never heard of such a thing. They are not only extremely reliable and helpful, but they ship things out very quickly. I'm sold for life.

I really love my new brushed brass gold colored faucet. It goes so well with the quartz countertop we received and the black sink installed. It is very efficient and was easy to install.

It works well. It does not give me the flow I am used to but this is probably better for saving water. The horizontal rod does not have a screw to set it in place so should be noted.

Nice faucet. Only thing is it make a little whining sound at certain positions of the handle positions. Mostly in the hot water position.

Love the gold accent on the faucet. Works great and easy to install. Would have given a five star but inside the packaging with parts and instruction sheet there was an allen wrench but no info on what it was for in the instructions. Confusing.

I like it as it matches my sink and I wanted a big sprayer. My only complaint is the button to switch spray/full is right where I need to grab it which causes me to constantly shut off spray. Also when I first turn on the faucet it always defaults to full and I want spray. Little things I hope to get over

The gunmetal color is pretty and goes perfectly with my Karran black granite sink. I love this faucet BUT it has a plastic switch on the the nozzle (changes water flow) that broke after two months. Because it was under warranty, Karran replaced the nozzle but I'm concerned about what happens when the warranty expires. Their customer service responded quickly.

We've had this faucet for 6 months and the touch quit working. Put new batteries in and checked all wiring. I've tried to find a troubleshooting guide. Apparently, they don't have one. It is now working on manual only.
