Kar's Nut & Fruit Mix Variety Pack - 18ct

i absolutely love these snacks. they are all so good and these are the only ones i will eat.

I was trying to find healthy alternatives since I eat tons of junk food. To my surprise I loved all 3 kinds and can't wait to get more.

They are a good variety and tasty. They can be a little on the salty side. I feel like they are not as bad as some other snacks for your health so I bought them. It's a pretty good amount in each package. Half a bag is actually good enough a snack for me. Sunflower seeds are tiny so hard to pick up and pop in your mouth but if its food I'll manage to devour it. Just eat all the big pieces then pour the small seeds in your mouth; that's when it gets a bit too salty but I do it anyways

I was recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I have a bad habit of skipping meals so I brought these as a quick snack to grab when I'm on the go. They taste amazing and enable me to have a little bit of sweetness without raising my blood sugar too high.

These were perfect for our First Responders Gift bags!

I buy these for our delivery drivers(UPS, USPS, etc.). I have been buying our delivery drivers snacks since the pandemic started and still do. So proud of their work ethic, I try to give a little smile back.

Pretty good snacks to pack for lunch.

Although I know that these packs have a lot of time left on them, they taste stale. I think maybe the fruit is wet and the cashews absorb it. It is also a little hard to open the package so it might not be the best to send for snack time at school. Good things: Each baggie has a LOT in it. I like that two of the types of packs are salt-free and the third is salted.

Love the variety bags although not enough "Energy Mix" bags included. Would prefer a case of the "Energy Mix". Hopefully it will be available soon for purchase.

The dried fruits (raisins in some, bananas, apricots, etc n others) made these too sweet for me. My kids who love nuts weren't huge fans so we're salvaging the purchase by throwing out excess fruit & eating the rest.
