Kashi Breakfast Cereal Autumn Wheat, Family Breakfast, 14 oz

This has been my favorite cereal for many years. But...recently I've noticed it is missing from my supermarket shelves (more than one chain). I hope you are not discontinuing Autumn Wheat!

I just tried the autumn wheat Cereal for the first time. It is amazing! It holds it's crunch through the whole bowl and pairs well with fruit and dried fruit alike. No soggy chewy biscuits here. And, the nutrition beats all other brands by far. I'll never eat another brand of "shredded wheat" again. Lastly, the flavor of the biscuits is also exceptional. Kashi Autumn wheat customer for life!! 🤩👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I eat Kashi Autumn Wheat every morning for breakfast with blueberries and raspberries. The only problem I have with it is that there are tons of crumbles left over in the bottom of the bag. I'm looking for a recipe for muffins so I can use them.

It's honestly exactly what I would expect with a clean list of ingredients. It's not overly sweet as expected and mainly reminds me of mini wheats. I tried it with oat milk and dry and both were a tasty snack! Definitely would repurchase as I really like the brand.

The packaging is super beautiful and easy to use and the texture is crunchy but at the same time it falls apart. It's great and its ingredients are good for the digestive system. I loved it.

I really appreciate that there is an organic shredded wheat style cereal that is only slightly sweet! I wish there were more autumn spices in the flavor and that it didn't crumble so much in the box, but overall I love this cereal. It's the best of this line. It's also the one that is always sold out!!

I have eaten Kashi Cereal for over a decade. Autumn Wheat and when you had the chocolate. I am throwing out this sweeter version, could not finish. But great marketing tool for Children and bad for Diabetics.
