This is a great organic cereal overall and it's a little in the pricey dude like all organic products but Walmart overall has one of the best prices . I like the crunchy texture and the flavor of this one is great . In my opinion most of the kashi organic cereals are really good . . The deterrent usually becomes the price unless they are on sale . Overall as said earlier Walmart has the best prices for this line of cereal unless it's on sale elsewhere. I read that Kashi organic Berry fruitful has one of the lowest amounts of glyphosate among all organic cereals . I have learned that USDA organic can contain glyphosate and so knowing this cereal has the lowest amount which is almost none is very important. I recommend trying any of the organic kashi cereals but this one in particular is good if you like this flavor . They also store well in their original box even in humid climates . Make sure to fold the interior bag inside the box and clip it after opening to maintain the optimal freshness and crispy texture .
I LOVE this cereal. The box is a good size however it is very expensive. That is everything nowadays though. I can say that this cereal keeps you very full so has kept my diet plan going steady. Is easy to digest and tastes good with both low-fat or soy milk.
This is my favorite organic cereal. I eat it daily, for my heart health, it's low in sodium, and fat, without alot of other unnecessary ingredients that so many other brands put in their cereals. I completely changed my diet after my heart attack a year ago, and this brand of cereal is the healthiest organic cereal that I truly like, and can be sure im eating a healthy heart smart breakfast.
Incredible taste when eaten with milk. Tastes so good that I'm compelled to write a review about it. Not made with “Roundup Ready” grains like the big named cereal brands. Tasty treat with no glyphosate!
this is my favorite cereal. it has a great taste and a good texture. unfortunately it is approaching a cost that may make it unreasonable to purchase, but until that time I'll continue to purchase it.
Is basically shredded wheat does have the fruit taste, uses various forms of cane, sugars and syrups, along with grape juice,Apple powder, and raspberry and strawberry Purées to sweeten the 18 g of sugars, 47 carbs, no cholesterol no sodium 1 g fat, 1 g soluable, fiber, and 6 g dietary fiber. Now they need to come out with a rice, base cereal with the same flavoring for those that are allergic to the wheat and the gluten. Not good for children under 2 or seniors who have swallowing issues, unless soaked in milk, Too gritty and may bunch in throat if eaten plain as snack
I like that its low in sweetners, sodium , fat /calories. However, it doesn't give me enough of a full meal feeling, which leaves something to be desired. Kashi breakfast cereals was more fulfilling during their entry years in supermarkets from the early 2000's until about 2014~2016 or so. When Kashi began playing musical chairs with their cereals. And kept charging them around to what they're nowadays. Kashi should've left well enough alone/kept the decent cereals (like the toasted oates heart's) / other cereals they had initially for the 1st 10~15 years of their brand!
This is NOT about cereal. It's about my order I just placed. I have two cards on file. Once AGAIN I was NOT given a chance to CHOOSE THE CARD I WANTED. WHY?????
Very much like “Shreadded wheat biscuits only with a tiny bit of cinnamon! But with blueberries and strawberries and a bit of sweetener it was pretty good!! WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO. KASHI GO LEAN!!? The oats cereal made in little “ O” s and “hearts”!!??
I love this cereal however within the past 2 years quality assurance has gone way down prices super high for smashed up pellets. Not happy, I get about have of the in crumbs
