The product is ok I just would have liked to find the original batteries that went to the camera. But are not available.

Unfortunately, I was unable to use this product due it being the wrong size (by a tiny measure) for my son's camera. Even more unfortunate is that I purchased two of them (first one was never received) and upon realizing it was not the right battery put in a return. I took the item to the store to complete the return and was given a print out that the item was unable to be returned due to "hazardous materials". Makes sense since the item was shipped to me containing the exact same hazardous materials. Proceeded to contact customer service and was met with an AI assistant that informed me the item was ineligible for a return or a refund. I do not know if this is a manufacturer issue or a Walmart issue, but either way, to not even have an option for a return and/or refund is not even satisfactory customer service. Sincerely, an upset Walmart member.
