Kat Von D Lock-It Liquid Foundation 77 Deep - Warm Undertone

i NEVER wear foundation. i've tried some b.b. creams and some light foundations but always found they settled into creases and just never looked clean. i usually only use tinited moisturizer. i received this complimentary to test and review and i was SHOCKED. my skin looked great, it felt super light, and it didn't settle into fine lines and creases. i only used a pea sized amount. i am SOLD!

First off, this amazingness in a bottle matches my paper-coloured self PERFECTLY. I am in the shade 41 light and this is the first foundation to truly match my skin and not give me oompa loompa face! It doesn't oxidize (on me), lasts well over 8 hours on my combo skin and is super easy to blend and buff. If you are practically ghost-coloured as well, and even if you aren't, I would highly recommend this purchase. definitely worth the $.

After searching around, I finally found a shade that matched my skin with Clinique. I was so excited but soon realized their product didn't sit well on my skin and it felt heavy. I discovered that Kat Von D had the exact shade and I decided to try it, after hearing positive reviews about her foundation. It's safe to say I am in LOVE with it! The coverage is great (I only use one pump!) and it is so lightweight I hardly feel like I have makeup on my skin. With just a quick spritz of her setting spray, it lasts all day (through sweat and everything!). I'm converted!

I was astounded at how far a couple little droplets would go for full coverage! I received medium neutral 56 complimentary from Influenster for testing and this product has replaced the two I was using on my skin previously. The coverage is long lasting and creates such a smooth look I'm no longer touching it up again and again throughout the day. I would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this foundation. It feels so light on my skin, as if I'm wearing nothing. It looks flawless and makes my skin look like a picture. The best part, you use very little product so it saves money in the long run, PLUS it's vegan and cruelty free. I have received a lot of compliments after using this. As a pale girl it's hard to find a match, this is one of the only brands that truly matches my skin. I am a nurse and work physically intense 12.5 hr shifts, doing CPR a few times a day can ruin a girl's makeup. Not this foundation, stays on my whole shift!

It is so hard to match foundation to my skin--there are many choices here. The formula is soft and silky and provides excellent coverage. For myself, I would use this when heavier coverage is needed; night time, special occasions, social engagements. I am looking for a tinted moisturizer for everyday use.

So I ordered this offline without trying it on and I was terrified it wouldn't match my skin but it DID!!! As a WOC this is so amazing and it's really hard to find products that match your skin without making you look ashy. I wear Deep 71 for reference

I was very excited seeing how light the shade was, since it's usually extremely hard to find a light enough match for my skin tone. After wearing for about an hour it started to separate and become very oily. Highly disappointed and definitely not anywhere near 24 hour wear

So, I was extremely excited to try this foundation since it's vegan, but I am so unhappy with it. It covers well, but it looks cakey and dry. It is a pain to apply and blend, as well. It also feels sticky somehow? Also, I am breaking out so much since I started using it. I wish I could return it, but it's the only foundation I have and it was too expensive to waste. I will not buy this foundation ever again. On a good note, I absolutely love the rust quad eyeshadow I purchased!
