Katbite Silicone Baking mats have been a game changer. I had been a devout parchment paper baker until these showed up as a recommendation. I just bought my third set because of the amount of baking I do during the holidays. These mats make for easy clean-up and work well for rolling dough (you still need to use flour). I use oversized baking sheets so it takes two of the large sheets to fit one of my baking sheets.

I used them for the first time yesterday and fell in love with them thank you very much.

These are nice quality. They're just a tiny bit bigger than my pans, causing all four sides to not lay flat. I can definitely use them, though. For reference, my pans are Nordicware, so I know that's not where the size error is. Dishwasher safe, perfectly usable, just a wee bit bigger than the standard half and quarter sheet pans.

So I would say that these mats have a very good purpose as far as making cookies you place the dough on top of these mats and it will work like a stick-free pin they work very well the food is very tasty and I would highly recommend this way better than parchment paper.

Good value! I bought these to have the smallest one on my craft desk. I can do what I need to do, including using superglue or other adhesives, without worrying that my work will wind up glued to my desk. I'll keep the two bigger mats in the kitchen until I need them for something.

The price was great. The clean up after baking was easy. The savings over the cost of parchment paper over time is also a great benefit. I bake bread 2 to 3 times a week so you can see the savings pile up. I have had these several months and they still work and look like new. I had two that I purchased a year ago and they still look and work good. I just needed more for the amount of baking I do. I have used these in the bottom of a pan to bake bread, fish, briskets, and chicken. And the ease of use and clean up, I just use soap and water and any spills come out clean. The came in 2 standard pan sizes. I did have to take scissors and trip the corners just slightly to fit my pans and lay flat. Cuts easy. check them out.

I am beginning to bake a little more and I kept seeing these in videos so I decided to buy some. I like them I did have trouble at first because they came with no paper or instructions on how to use them lol n I had seen they use it in place of parchment paper and they work pretty good easy clean up because I just wipe n keep using them as I bake! They do get sticky if not completely dry

I bought this product because while similar to others, the temperature rating was 50 degrees higher than the others, 500 degrees vs 450 for the others. However, upon receipt, on the packaging, it says it's rated for 450 degrees, just like all the others. Not worth returning, but if you think you're getting a better product, you're not.

I would give ZERO starts if I could. I emailed Katbite's customer service twice and received NO response. Thank goodness my husband and I were in the kitchen the first time I used one of these mats. It caught on fire! I would not recommend this product what so ever. I am honestly completely perplexed by the positive reviews. Don't waste your money and purchase another brand.
