Does this work, yes. Will you choke from the smoke of the product being in your hair and drying it then flat ironing it, YES. Make sure you are in a well ventilated space. Fans on windows open.

I bought this stuff to kind of help my hair with all the humidity. I have semi permanent hair dye on my hair. It had been over three weeks since the last time I got it dyed. I went from a dark brown to a light Auburn reddish brown. This stuff bleached my hair.

Product instructions are confusing. Have to see a bunch of tutorial videos on YouTube. Not clear how much of the relaxer cream to put and remove from your hair. When you use the flat iron the smoke is ridiculously so much and the smell horrible I got so scare and washed that out of my head immediately. After I finally got all that stuff out and dried my hair some parts where orange and wait to the next week to color my hair again to cover that mess!!! Walmart prize even with the discount was super high! Total disappointment 😞👎👎👎
