Katniss Everdeen Barbie Doll The Hunger Games Black Label

My daughter couldn't wait until it got here, and she wasn't disappointed. Long braid, the right clothes, and the face wasn't quite Barbie. Working bow and arrow was a nice touch. And the Site-to-Store shipping? Arrived 10 days before it was supposed to.

There is such details to this doll. Any fan of this series would love this doll as much as my little girl does. She is 14 y.o..

I ordered the Katniss doll as soon as I heard about her and I must say, she's lovely. Her clothing is exceptional and looks just like the outfit she wore in the film. And of course, Katniss also has her side braid! I hope Mattel will continue to make dolls from this series in the future.

Mattel's been hit or miss as far as Pop Culture and celebrity dolls but Katniss is a bullseye! Great likeness, apparel and display packaging except for two rather large air holes (that would easily let dust/bugs in- I taped them over). The mockingjay pin is a bit cheap looking but overall Hunger Games fans/collectors should be very pleased with this doll.

I recently bought our Granddaughter The Barbie Collector Hunger Games Katniss Doll. At 9 years old it has become more difficult to get an enthusiastic response like when she was a toddler. But this Katniss Doll was a big hit! I got points for coolness as well as "You knew exactly what I wanted. You're the best Grandma ever!" A month later I asked if she was still enjoying Katniss and got an enthusiastic answer. This was the perfect gift for the little girl inside and the more sophisticated young lady she is becoming. This Barbie collectable Katniss doll is beautiful and I'm sure the lucky young child that receives it for one of her Christmas gifts will love it. I did pick up a doll stand for it so it can be displayed. This one is much better than the regular Hunger Games character dolls on sale at other places.

I looked at a lot of places to buy this doll. I'm glad WalMart had her. A great buy. The doll is the Black Lable doll that was important to me.

this doll shows a great and beautiful interpretation of the Hunger Games's Katniss Everdeen. She has painted eyes a sculpted face, she is wearing her out fit from the arena, complete with boots green kakis a black cotton shirt a double layered coat complete with a gold mocking jay pin and her signature side braid. she has fully articulated( she can move on her elbow, knee and her head can pivot. She can do the regular things a barbie can do.She also has the arena themed bow and arrows. I would recommend her for kids that can be responsible. overall she is very beautiful and one of mattel 's best!

I purchased this item directly from the Mattel website prior to Christmas since I could not find it in any local retail shops. Shipping costs were extremely reasonable. Item arrived quickly and in good condition. The product itself is good quality, good likeness of Katniss.
