I dislike the length of the hooks. and the dont hold more the one oven mitt. Give strong appearance but don't stay put.

I have not received my magnetic hooks yet! My order status keeps saying delayed and gives no updates yet it's been a month and a half. I'm told I can't get a refund on this either until it's delivered. Absolutely ridiculous how this process is!!
