I'm going to share some personal info. I had stomach surgery that limited my calorie absorption. Unfortunately it also limited my vitamin absorption. I wound up having several medical issues and some may tie back to that surgery. My eyes for sure didn't get the nourishment they needed and now I do have vision issues. My ophthalmologist told me taking extra vitamins wouldn't hurt. This Eye Support supplement has everything I need to take. I take so many vitamins now it's almost a meal in itself. Stay healthy and don't take your vision for granted like I did. By the way there is a double layers of security protection, the cap has plastic around it and inside sealed.

It's hard to know (for me at least) whether a supplement like this is "working" or not, but I plan to continue taking it until I next see my optometrist, and I'll ask her about it at that point.

I didnt Start wearing glasses until I was 40 and in the last five years I've actually had three different prescriptions that I've gotten heavier and heavier or worse and worse so I figured I'd try these out you never know my eyes are getting bad as I get older and they weren't too bad at all. I definitely had better focus when I was on my phone maybe watching them some thing on YouTube or reading some thing or on my laptop it definitely helped with that the blue screen and end it the vision of sometimes it gets blurry when you look at the screen for too long so it definitely helped out with that make my eyesight better at all in general as a whole no not really I'm not at all but it definitely helps out with the computers in the phones and the things like that with your majority of our lives anymore so I said give it a try

I have taken a few different eye support formulas and I know that taking lutein is important for my eyes. This formula has that, but also multi vitamins that include vit B's, vit A and C and supporting minerals that all work together. Also a blend of natural herbs that support your eyes to help keep them healthy and who doesn't want more natural ingredients... The capsules are easy to swallow and no stomach discomfort. I will keep taking them.
