I take two of these supplements per day. They are easy to swallow, which is a great advantage to most other supplements. I like that this supplement is good for my hair, skin, and nails so that I don't have to take MULTIPLE supplements to give each one the extra nutrients needed so that they are healthy.

These are one of the few vitamins where I can actually tell a difference in my hair, skin, and nails after taking them for a few weeks. My hair feels more lush, my nails are stronger, and my skin just seems smoother? I'm not sure how to describe it really, but it feels better. I like that I can take them with food instead of waiting before a meal. They don't upset my stomach. I like that they're natural with nothing artificial added. I do wish the print was larger on the label as it's hard for me to see even while wearing my reading glasses. I do also wish they came in gummies as I've never really "liked" swallowing anything in a pill form.

These Kaya natural supplements are bomb. My nails always get a certain length and break off so far while taking these no breakage but I also take kaya natural other supplements so it could be the combination.. I have most of the supplements and you can't beat the quality. I just started taking these and I haven't experienced any bad side effects and no bad after taste. Will continue to purchase.

I got this because as soon as my nails start to grow out I break them. Istarted using this about a week ago and have noticed that my nails are not breaking as much. So it does seem to work.

I was really hoping these would help my skin. I've always had blah skin, no glow, breakouts, dry and oily combination. I didn't notice any change at all. These might work for someone else, but just not right for my skin type and body chemistry.
