These are easy to take and I like how they're formulated for skin hydration I like all that they have in it. I like that there's 60 in there and it's a 30 day supply. I don't like that you have to take two I feel like I already taken off as it is. Like how affordable they are. And I like the packaging they come in. Overall they're pretty good and easy to use

I have been using these supplements for a while and while I do notice the results, they aren't as good as I'd like. I always have trouble with hydration and I drink a lot of water, these have seemed to help, however, I'd like more for my personal nutrition. These would be great for those who just want a boost. These provide that. I like these and they work, however, for me, I would like more. I do recommend these because these work for subtle boost to your hydration. They're easy to consume and they last.

Only a 15 day supply!!! Not good for me!!!!
