I appreciate that this product is a combination of all natural herbs, vitamins and minerals. It does what it says: Supports, assists and helps with sleep and cognitive health.

I really feel like taking this pill helps me get a deeper sleep. I'm not tossing, turning, and waking myself up. I feel rested when I wake up in the morning. I don't feel "hungover" in the morning. I would recommend this to a friend.

Helps me calm down and stay asleep!

For those of us who do not have a PhD in nutrition, the Kaya non-GMO all natural gluten free line of dietary supplements does a great job of appropriately labeling each supplement's purpose. If I have trouble sleeping, I reach for my Kaya “Sleep Formula” which contains 10mg of melatonin. I don't love the way these smell but they are easy to stomach, as I do not seem to belch afterwards. Most of all, they work!

Generally I don't have a problem falling sleeping but for those few times I do I have found this supplement helps and I don't have a sleep hangover the next day. The pills are large though and that might be an issue for some people.

I ordered this because I do not like to take prescription drugs. I took half the dose the first night and woke up 4 hours later. The next night I took the full dose. I had nightmares and woke up feeling droggy and heavy headed and the nightmares were worse. I will not use these again!

It doesn't work for me. I'm an avid melatonin user and the extra stuff in this stuff bugs me. So if you don't use melatonin then this might be great for you.
