I like that it has a running wheel and a water bottle built in. Our hamster lives in a large aquarium, so we like to put this right inside the aquarium as a play room and then we don't have to worry about a separate water bottle or running wheel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cage was alright and can be used to create different type of outside obstacles for your hamster but I personally wasn't a big fan of it. However, it is a decent cage and does the job it needs to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this critter habitat is just so small, it would make a great temporary cage or travel cage, just not something to keep your furry friend in 24/7. also, the wheel is dangerously small and can cause damage to the spine of most small animals. they really need bigger wheels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always Kaytee Crittertail habitat is a must have for ALL small animals owners. However, this one disappointed me a little bit. The size is a bit small as compared to all other habitat I own. It only comes with exercise wheel, and a babiest water bottle. Price is a bit more pricier than the other habitat.

This is an ok cage. I set it up as an exercise cage attached to a bigger kaytee cage. I absolutely hate cleaning this cage though, it is a pain to take the top off and on. There are four plastics clip type deals that help keep the wire sides attached. They are all broken off causing gaps on the cage sides if I am not paying attention and sticking them back on. Today I used hot glue to permanently attach them so hopefully that will fix my problems. It wouldn't have been such a big deal but this cage was our hamsters favorite and she was always in it.
