Kaytee Deluxe 42 X 18 2 Level Rabbit Cage

This cage is great for my two guinea pigs. The door gets hard to open but other wise i love this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kaytee Deluxe 42 X 18 2 Level Rabbit Cage is perfect for any indoor small breed rabbit. My indoor mini-Rex is a loves this cage. It's a good size to give her room to move around and she loves the perch. The cage having wheels makes it easy to move around for cleaning. We are very pleased with this cage and see many happy years with her in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to have several cages for my 2 adult rabbits, 2 young bunnies, 2 adult rats and one hampster. All of them get to roam free all day, everyday. They like to sleep in different cages at different times a day, and this is one of their favorites by far. It is so spacious, you could fit a whole kid in there (please don't try this lol) but other than that I love the wheels. That just makes it so much easier to clean,move, etc. All around amazing cage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My bunnies are a free roam bunny but I got this just in time for my bunny girl spayed. We needed to keep her away frim my other bunny in the healing process and I can be happy enough of how big and spacious this cage is. It also have a ladder and spot where my bunny can hide if needed. She can still go her little small zoomies. It doesn't feel like she's trap in anyway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man this thing was pretty big. I got this for my mom and her guinea pigs and they love the extra space. I love how the cage has wheels so that it's easy to move them around. Each guinea pig now has their own little space to stretch out. I would recommend this cage more for guinea pigs unless you have a really tiny little rabbit.

It would have been even nicer if it had a pull out tray to make for easier cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this cage overall. It is nice and long, a bit narrow for the length. The ramp and second level are nice features, and the second level provides a nice space beneath for your pet to have quiet time somewhat sheltered. The cage is easy to assemble. Downsides are that there is only an opening in the side. It would be nice to have an opening on the top in order to put a pet in and out. The hay feeder also would probably be quickly chewed up by many pets. I feel that this cage would be best for a guinea pig or small rabbit. I put my chinchilla in it, but chinchillas may chew the plastic parts and would ideally like a cage with that is higher and has more levels. For a large rabbit the cage may be a bit small too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cage is great. It has some set backs of course, but overall a good cage. I like the wheel concept but I have not yet put them on. I have toddlers and they would push the cage around the house. Around older kids or no kids the wheels would be an excellent addition because it makes clean up easier. The second level is also removable. A plus for me again because I have one rabbit in the cage and he was pooping up there. The poop would fall out from the top story around on the floor outside the cage. He clearly isn't litter box trained. So with the poop falling everywhere I took it out. Now if I had the wheels on, I would easily be able to push the cage around to clean up the poop surrounding the cage. The water bottle it comes with is cute but you have to fill it a lot. I got a bigger one so water would last longer. The food bowl works great when in the second story platform. Overall this is a good and spacious cage and I would recommend it.
