[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this for my boyfriend's ferret. It was certainly an upgrade from his current one story cage. This case was tall, included accessories, and a few landings, keeping the ferret active and occupied/entertained. It was spacious enough to fit several toys as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I don't have a ferret but I do have a small bird that needed an upgrade. The cage is ideal for a small bird. It's spacious enough for the bird to feel comfortable and fly around. I love the bottom where the birds feces can be collected without the any great mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the cage is huge and could be used foe ferrets or even rats but the problem arises when they designed the tubes, they don't have very good ridges in them for the animals so when they go down them they slide down pretty hard causing concern if they will get hurt or not.

Good and bad. The doors are really dumb. Very hard to open. I agree with whomever said their fingers feel like death when they open this cage. The bottom door is way too small, I couldn't fit a litter box through it and just barely on the other two floors. (Standard “small animal” boxes) I had to move the floors down a couple wires because where I thought they should sit are too thick to snap the floors into place. Not a big deal, just annoying happenstance while putting together. On the other hand there is a TON of space, I was very surprised. Coming from a Kaytee starter cage, this is awesome. The flat floors were my priority as the starter cage had those half shelves ~ my poor Dibbs would dart off of them in the middle of the night with an itch and fall to the bottom. My weasel hasn't figured out the tubes yet to get floor-to-floor, but he's a ferret. That's what they do, figure things out and get into new spaces. Excited to see how he actually enjoys it once I wake him from his slumber in my pajama drawer. Please ignore the mess in the pictures. I'm still unpacking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this cage for rats, not the intended purpose, but very common, especially since rats need more space than they're generally given. The cage wasn't easy to put together, but it wasn't terrible either. The doors make zero sense though. The way they're lined up with the wire makes it SO hard to open and close them correctly. My fingers feel like death every time I try to open this cage. The middle floor is hard to get things in and out and many of my baby's items couldn't fit through the door, including a standard hidey house. You have to take the floors out if you want anything of reasonable size to go in. I DO love the space it gives. I LOVE the wheels, although they have fallen off a few times. I'm not gonna blame the cage on that, because it may very well be me not putting them on as well as needed. Overall, even though I have my issues with it, I'll use the cage because my babies have a ton of space in it, can easily be moved, it's a breeze to clean, and my rats are happy and healthy in their ratdominum
