Kaytee Wild Bird Seed & Mealworm Treat Cake, 1.4 lb

I have lots of varieties of birds visiting us and I just recently began putting this out along with black oil sunflower seed. The birds LOVE it! Cardinals, chickadees, bluebirds and goldfinches visit often. I put out one weekly, but it doesn't last that long.

They get bored, they have less energy, and they seem to lay less. I feel like this high protein treat block gives them something to do while giving them a nice boost of protein.

I cant wait to put this out in the bird feeder at our new house to see what kind of birds we have in our neighborhood! I always hear them chirping away in the morning. I'd definitely repurchase this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked well! we put it out in the winter and birds were quick to find it and eat it up! We didn't have a great way to put it out, we ended up just putting it on a stump. Maybe they sell something to hold it, but I didn't see it.

This seed block is huge so I cut it in half and set it out for my birds. It took about a week for them to notice it but once they did they picked away at all the tasty bits pressed into this high quality seed cake. It will last a while but I will buy again when it's done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The birds loved this mealworm seed cake! it was large and they had a lot of fun pecking at it. it didn't fall apart easily which is a good thing. some of the seeds were larger than I would have liked but it is a great product overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do note these are very big seed cakes. I have yet to find a feeder that these fit inside. They are packed with seeds and mealworms. The visitors to my yard love both. A good value for a special treat for the birds and squirrels.
