Had some problems with getting the menu to work. You're supposed to select it prior to loading the machine, including the loaf size

Performs well. Had to struggle with the paddle to get it out for cleaning.

The recipe booklet is not well done.

I first got my machine and use it a couple of times the bread turn out good , but now the machine won't let me choose the menu options and i can't change the size of the loaf I want , it stays on 1 1/2 lb loaf and the crust is alway set on medium color crust. And i wanted to delay the bread i wanted to make and i couldn't change the delay time and when the bread was done it was hard and not soft like i wanted it. i have a busy household and I can't keep wasting ingredients. Has anyone else have this problem and yes I read the manual from front to back several times.I also wish this machine had a cancel button option.

the kneading paddle is at 2" which doesnt help mix whatsoever. i had to continuously watch as it was mixing because of the excessively small paddle length. i had to constantly push down edges because the paddle couldnt reach the outter edges. a bread maker should be made to walk away and let it do its job not babysit for 20 minutes to make sure its doing its job.

I baked 3 loaves of bread in the machine. Threw away 3 loaves because none were cooked through. I have made my bread for decades without that problem. Recipe book was no help.
